Rates are negotiable with consideration to the size, scope, duration and expertise required for the job. There is a 1-hour minimum per on-site visit (no minimum for phone support on the clock).

Flat Fee per Visit for Travel:

• $10 if within a 15-mile radius of Sebastopol
• $20 if between 15 and 25 miles from Sebastopol
• negotiable if beyond 25 miles

Clock Guidelines:

• research to fix a problem, travel to and from the place of service and unrelated chat is off the clock
• phone support is on the clock unless the question can be answered or problem solved in under 1 minute
• unless agreed to ahead of time, there is no charge for gathering deliverables for another visit, such as info about purchase recommendations
• larger projects are bid at a fixed price (such as web site design and hosting, or converting a database from a legacy format)
