HOMEpanorama charges $195 for a complete virtual tour, which includes:

• As many good still shots and panoramas as the property provides*.
• Up to two photo shoots, if necessary, to capture better lighting or weather, or if a part of the property has been made to look better since the first shot.
• A hosted virtual tour for the life of the listing (no charge if the MLS number changes but the agent remains the same).
• Internet delivery of all still shots in high-resolution color and high-resolution black and white (for printing), and MLS resolution ready for uploading.

Extra:

• A travel fee is negotiated for tours that are more than a 20-mile radius of Sebastopol.
• There is a $35 fee for each photo shoot over the two that come with the tour (unless it is to correct a mistake we made).
• Tour-on-a-CD: Your tour can be put on a CD branded with your photo and contact info, and a photo of the property ($5 per CD with a $25 one-time setup charge).

We also provide photography, web and print design services for $60/hour.
